No one taught us how to start or grow a business in school.

I remember when I first decided to be an entrepreneur.
No one around me knew how to support me.
Many of them wanted to.
But they didn't have the tools to support me.
They didn't know about my experience as a nurse.
They didn't know the sacrifices I made.
And they didn't know what I was going through mentally, physically, and emotionally.
So, I had to find help on my own.

When I tell people to find help...
They go on YouTube or Google.
But what you see on the internet is made for the mass market.
Creators get paid for more engagements.
So, the more people relate to their content... the more engagements they get.
For this reason...
Finding practical, actionable content that applies to your situation is challenging.

If you want to start a med spa business and you Google "how to start a med spa business."
They will tell you starting a medspa business requires huge buildings, multiple employees, and lots of start-up capital.
Meanwhile...
My students can start a Medspa business with no capital, one office, no Medspa experience, and no business experience.
The difference is clear.
This is why the first-ever entrepreneurship event I attended was super helpful.
At this event… instead of getting general answers to my problem.
I was able to network and ask people specific questions about my current situation.
And that unlocked answers and clarity so specific to my situation... it became unreasonable for me to remain stuck without clarity on how to grow my business.
